To ensure a convenient and transparent booking experience, we have developed a simple payment policy. Here you will find all the necessary information about payment options, prepayment, cancellation policies and refunds.

1. Payments

• Reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.

• We may request up to 100% prepayment depending on the reservation date and selected services.

• Payment information and invoice are sent upon reservation request.

2. Cancellation and refund

If the reservation is canceled no later than 7 days before the reserved date, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival, the fee is not refunded.
If the client does not arrive without prior notice, the payment will not be refunded.

3. Transferring a reservation

In case of unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to reschedule your reservation to another date at no additional charge.

4. Communication for cancellation or rescheduling

5. Billing

You can make payments conveniently and securely on our website using:

• bank cards (Visa, MasterCard),

• internet banking,

• transfer upon receipt of the invoice (by agreement).

Payment is processed immediately after payment is made or reservation confirmation is received. If payment is not made within the specified time, the reservation may be canceled.

6. Security

We only use secure and encrypted payment solutions.
Customer payment data is not stored.
